How to Become A Member

To purchase products from White Rabbit Mushroom Dispensary, you must be 19 years or older and apply for membership. To become a member, please provide;

1. Valid photo ID;

We need your ID to confirm your identity. We do not keep it on file and delete the image.

2. ONE of the following;

  • Recommendation for psilocybin from our in-house White Rabbit Nurse, Doctor, Naturopath, or TCM practitioner.  This can be done through our online registration or in person at our headquarters on Commercial Drive.
  • Letter of confirmation of your diagnosis from a doctor, naturopath, or TCM practitioner.

Confirmation of Diagnosis

Below are the conditions for which confirmation of diagnosis is accepted. For some of these ailments, psilocybin microdoses may provide direct relief. For others, they may provide relief from ailment-related anxiety and stress.

Ailments for which psilocybin microdoses can be a direct treatment:

  • Depression
  • Cluster Headaches
  • Migraines
  • Anxiety
  • ADHD
  • Migraines
  • PTSD
  • OCD
  • Sleep Disorders
  • Substance Addiction & Withdrawal

Ailments for which we may provide psilocybin microdoses to treat associated anxiety and stress:

  • Cancer
  • Severe or Terminal Illness
  • Fibromyalgia
  • AIDS/HIV
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Chronic Pain
  • Paraplegia/Quadriplegia

We have an in-house Nurse and Naturopath to help advise on which product may help with your condition.  If you suffer from an ailment not on this list but feel that microdosing of psilocybin could be beneficial, please contact us and speak to our Naturopath or Nurse on site.

Membership and consultation with our nurse and Naturopath are free. White Rabbit Mushroom Dispensary does not share your information with anyone, including any government entit,y for any reason. We do not sell or share your information.
